These terms apply to text messages sent by XCL Property Solutions, LLC (“XCL”).

Program Description

When you opt in, XCL will send you text messages about your inspection requests, estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates and customer service. We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.

How You Opt In

You opt in by checking the text message consent box when you request an inspection on our website, or by texting us first or giving verbal or written permission to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies based on your project. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us at (281) 694-7584 or connect@xclpropertysolutions.com.
